OSL is a dynamic, people-driven company providing outsourced sales services. We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Field Sales Agents for one of our clients, Hello Fresh. In this D2D sales role, you will go door‑to‑door to meet potential clients face to face, introduce them to our products, and help them reach their health and wellness goals.
What’s Offered
Competitive hourly wage $20/hour plus uncapped commission
Earn up to $50,000‑$60,000 annually
Annual reviews including potential for wage increases

What are we looking for in an ideal candidate?
Previous sales experience is an asset but not required
Previous experience in direct sales, customer service, or marketing is considered an asset
Legal 18+ and authorized to work in Canada permanently
Outgoing, people person who thrives being around people
Expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and achieving weekly goals
Money‑motivated and driven to win
Demonstrated ability to be a team player
Reliable access to personal vehicle and a valid Class 5 or 7N driver’s licence
Flexible full‑time schedule that includes evenings and weekends as required
