Eaton Electrical Outside Sales Representative

Eaton is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for its facilities in Delta, Kamloops, or Kelowna, BC. The position offers immediate benefits and a company vehicle to support your sales efforts.

In this role, you will drive sales and build relationships in the industrial sector within British Columbia. Collaborating closely with customers and distributors, you will manage sales proposals and technical solutions while promoting Eaton's innovative products. Your participation in trade shows and strategy development will enhance our customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned region

• Develop comprehensive customer relationships and solutions

• Craft tailored proposals based on client specifications

• Engage in promotional and training events for market presence

• Maintain digital tools to support sales processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of a diploma or degree from an accredited institution

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in sales

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and work authorization in Canada

• Electrical industry knowledge is a plus and preferred

• Willing to travel up to 50% for customer visits
