In this role, you'll own top tier client accounts and act as a consultative advisor, building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities. Utilize your 5+ years of experience in account management to understand client needs, provide proactive recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage top tier client accounts as primary contact
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Analyze client needs and provide proactive recommendations
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Negotiate contract renewals and expansion deals
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred
• 5+ years of B2B client relations experience
• Strong understanding of large-format printing processes
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in SFDC and Hubspot
