Advance your career in skincare with Tatcha as a Beauty Education Ambassador. This freelance opportunity allows you to educate and boost sales within Sephora while working your preferred schedule.
Tatcha is currently hiring Beauty Sales and Education Ambassadors for Sephora retailers across Richmond. Available Thursday to Sunday for 10-12 hours weekly, you will educate staff on Tatcha's premium skincare products and enhance overall sales strategies.
Your role is pivotal in establishing Tatcha's holistic skincare approach among beauty consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate Sephora teams on Tatcha's skincare and techniques
• Boost sales results in your assigned territory
• Develop robust relationships with in-store teams
• Oversee inventory management in line with operational standards
• Liaise with Tatcha Account Executive regarding stock issues
Requirements:
• 2 years’ experience in beauty or retail sales
• Required experience at Sephora
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential
• Ability to cultivate strong store relationships
