Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate quotations, pricing, and proposals for the sales team

Process sales orders and coordinate with the Sales and Accounting teams

Maintain and update CRM records

Verify product pricing, costing, and profit margins

Support inventory pricing, promotions, and special events

Administer pricing and listings for used machinery

Provide administrative support to the sales team and dealer network

Qualifications

1–2+ years of Sales Administration or Sales Support experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales Administration, or a related field is preferred

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics is an asset)

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently

Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
