• Prepare accurate quotations, pricing, and proposals for the sales team
• Process sales orders and coordinate with the Sales and Accounting teams
• Maintain and update CRM records
• Verify product pricing, costing, and profit margins
• Support inventory pricing, promotions, and special events
• Administer pricing and listings for used machinery
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and dealer network

• 1–2+ years of Sales Administration or Sales Support experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics is an asset)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
• Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
