Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate shoppers about merchandise and promotions
• Promote the AEO loyalty program enthusiastically
• Adapt smoothly between Sales floor and Stockroom
• Tackle guest concerns while following company guidelines
Requirements:
• Love for engaging with customers and teamwork
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Age requirement: must be 16 or older
• Enthusiastic about AE and Aerie products
