Our client is one of the largest employers in the transportation logistics supply chain with excellent benefits and offering a long-term career. They have a job open for Licensed Heavy Duty Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic
-Red Seal in Richmond, BC. All candidates must be licensed Red Seal with a valid Class 5 drivers' license and a clear driver’s abstract, with no more than four (4) demerit points, and a clear criminal check. This is a Monday – Friday, 1:30pm to 10:00pm (40 hours/week).

Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic / Heavy Duty Equipment Tech will be working on troubleshooting and repairing the fleet of trucks, cubical vans and similar. Diagnostics, repair and preventive maintenance. You will service and maintain equipment, order parts, maintain records and attend to emergency road service issues.

Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic / Heavy Duty Equipment Tech must ideally have 2 years’ experience on heavy-duty trucks.

Goodmunication skills in English is a MUST. Goodputer skills (basis), ability to work in a team environment and independently is a MUST. A clear criminal check and driver's abstract is required. This is a fast-paced environment. Ability to work evening shifts for a long term is a MUST-have.
