Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will work under the Mechanical Foreperson's guidance. The role requires strong expertise in HVAC technology, coupled with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You will ensure HVAC systems operate at peak performance, contributing to the school's environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems

• Install modifications as required for HVAC systems

• Troubleshoot heating systems and heat pumps

• Collaborate with the mechanical team for efficiency

• Operate various tools and machinery safely

Requirements:

• Graduation from a secondary school and HVAC certification

• Required Class “B” gas ticket; with Class “A” preferred

• 5 years hands-on experience in HVAC services

• Knowledge of safety regulations and codes

• Valid B.C. Driver's Licence with a clean record
