• Interpretation of blueprints and drawings to determine specifications and calculate requirements
• Preparing layouts in conformance with building codes
• Measure, cut, assemble, join materials to build foundations, floor beams and sub flooring, walls, sheeting, joisting
• Erecting trusses; building and installing framing for dropped ceilings according to layout
• Use of hand, power and measuring tools
• Ability to perform duties in a safe manner
