Building Maintenance Worker

Join the City of Delta as a Building Maintenance Worker, responsible for essential HVAC systems and general maintenance tasks. This role focuses on inspections, repairs, and service requests.

The City of Delta seeks a skilled individual to carry out building maintenance and HVAC work. You'll perform preventive maintenance on systems, respond to service calls, and troubleshoot equipment issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and repairs on HVAC and building systems

Requirements:

• Grade 12 and relevant technical courses or trades qualifications

• Class 5 Driver’s Licence for British Columbia
