In this role reporting to the Operations Manager, you will engage directly with hydraulic systems, performing installation, repair, and testing. Leveraging your 3+ years of technician experience, you’ll influence project success as a key contact between clients and the office, while mentoring junior staff to build their skills in hydraulic technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission hydraulic systems and equipment

• Troubleshoot and test hydraulic components effectively

• Serve as the main client liaison for projects

• Mentor and guide junior technicians on-site

Requirements:

• Millwright background or equivalent with 3+ years' experience

• Strong understanding of hydraulic components’ repair and testing

• Experience in troubleshooting and field installations

• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics

• Must be organized, motivated, and possess communication skills
