Reporting to the Body Shop Supervisor, the Body Shop Repair Technician is responsible for repairing or replacing damaged body parts back to Pre‑Accident Condition with factory and dealership specifications to meet or exceed the original factory fit and finish. This is a full‑time, day shift position, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance of all Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations, as well as the Company’s Health and Safety Policy.
- Removes replaces interiors, trims and accessories to gain access to damaged areas.
- Repairs to fiberglass hoods, fenders and other transport truck components.
- Removes dents and repairs damaged surfaces or replaces damaged parts.
- Works with body fillers, glazes, primers and other painting materials.
- Grinds, files, sands, welds and refinishes surfaces.
- Maintains a clean and safe work area, tools, and equipment.
- Comply with proper use of PPE.
- Other mechanical repair work as required.
- 2 years of experience preferred in a Bodyshop environment
- Experience with repairing and replacing damaged body parts
- Work with a team and or independently and follow instructions.
- High school diploma
- Criminal Record Check
- Driver's Abstract
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lb.
- Safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel‑toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.
- Overtime as required.
- Hazards associated with the trade.
- Exposure to loud noises.
- Work both indoors and outdoors.

Minimum Pay Rate: CAD $26.00/Hr.
Maximum Pay Rate: CAD $40.00/Hr.
