Sales & Service Manager - Marine Refit and Repair

This is a full-time, on-site role in Delta, BC, for a Sales & Service Manager to lead yacht refit and repair projects from estimate through completion. This role combines estimating, customer service, and project coordination in a fast-paced marine environment.

• Meet with clients to review project scope
• Prepare ballpark budgets to qualify and detailed estimates if qualified
• Maintain CRM pipeline and follow up on quotes out for approval
• Coordinate project scope with production and department managers
• Manage change orders and scope revisions
• Provide client updates and maintain expectations
• Conduct project walk-throughs and final quality checks
• Ensure accurate billing and project closeout

• 5+ years in marine, construction, or technical project environments
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Organized and detail orientated
