RV Maintenance Technician – Rentals

Location: Delta, BC

Compensation: $24–$25 per hour

Join the largest RV dealer network in Canada and build hands-on experience working with RV systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical components, and general maintenance. The RV Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring our rental fleet is safe, reliable, and customer-ready. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of systems while gaining valuable experience in the RV industry.

• Perform pre-rental inspections to ensure RVs are customer-ready
• Complete minor repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other RV systems
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes and basic servicing
• Review work orders and identify larger repair needs for further assessment
• Winterize and de-winterize RVs
• Assist with fleet turnaround, transfers, and seasonal preparation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Experience in RV repair, automotive maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, or general renovations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Comfortable driving vehicles up to 30 feet in length
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Available for rotating Saturdays and peak-season overtime

• RV Level 1 Certification
• Previous experience working on RVs, trailers, boats, or similar recreational vehicles
