In this role, you will be responsible for sanding, staining, and finishing custom interiors for business jets and luxury residences. Your expertise in wood finishing will play a critical role in achieving our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. With a minimum of three years’ experience, you’ll be expected to work methodically and produce precise results that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sand veneer and hardwood materials

• Create tailored stain mixtures for projects

• Apply finishes following specific requirements

• Detect and touch up defects in finishes

• Ensure tools and workspace are kept clean

Requirements:

• 3+ years of wood finishing experience

• Expertise with commercial and residential finishing

• Strong attention to detail and manual skills

• Ability to interpret technical drawings
