Underground Boom Truck Operator

Join a critical role as an Underground Boom Truck Operator. This position includes safe transportation of materials and support for installation of ground operations on a rotating schedule.

As an Operator, you will ensure that all consumables and supplies are available for daily underground tasks. Reporting to the Supervisor, your role emphasizes safety and efficiency, participating in daily safety meetings and work line-ups. Previous underground mining experience and a commitment to safe practices are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport materials and equipment underground

• Support installation of ground support effectively

• Ensure consumables are available for operations

• Participate in daily safety meetings and line-ups

• Maintain an organized and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Drug and alcohol testing compliance required

• Client-approved site access necessary

• Ontario Underground Hard Rock Common Core completion

• Previous underground mining experience is essential

• Ability to work well in a team setting
