Netting Installer – Netex Canada Netting
Netex Canada Netting is hiring a Netting Installer to join our growing team. This position starts as a labour role with strong opportunities to advance into a Lead Installer / Foreman position.
Responsibilities- Work at heights up to 150 ft installing sports netting systems
- Assist with rigging driving ranges, standing poles, and completing concrete foundations
- Support installation crews with general labour and equipment handling
- Learn proper rigging, tensioning, and safety procedures
- When field work is not active, assist with:
- Quoting
- Organizing and scheduling jobs
- Working in the net shed (repairs, prep, inventory)
- Comfortable working at heights (up to 150 ft)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Willingness to learn specialized rigging and installation techniques
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team
- Experience in construction, rigging, or climbing is an asset but not required
This role has a clear path to Foreman, with training provided in rigging, equipment operation, job planning, and project leadership.
CompensationPay will be based on experience. We value dedication and skill development, and offer training to ensure new employees succeed in the role
