With 2-3 years of hands-on experience, this role involves supervising a small team of workers and coordinating project timelines. You will interpret blueprints, prepare cost estimates, and ensure the adherence to building regulations. The work environment is physically demanding and involves tasks at various heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints to determine job specifications

• Estimate labor and material costs accurately

• Coordinate work schedules for site projects

• Measure, cut, and join various materials

• Supervise 3-4 team members on-site

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of field experience

• Training in working at heights necessary

• First Aid Certificate required

• Completion of relevant college or CEGEP programs

• Ability to work in a team environment
