Position: Norland Pipe and Grade Grades person
Advance your expertise as a Pipe and Grade Grades person at Norland, focusing on precise underground utility installations. This role emphasizes high standards in pipe placement and flow.
As a key member of the civil construction team, you will ensure that all pipe systems meet critical specifications. Using advanced tools like laser levels, you'll control grades and slopes effectively while collaborating with excavator operators and surveyors. Your experience in trench work and strong attention to detail will significantly contribute to project quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and verify grades for storm and sanitary pipelines

• Monitor installation processes and prevent rework

• Maintain layout control points and grade stakes

• Provide accurate field measurements and notes

• Communicate effectively with pipe crews and operators
Requirements:

• Over 5 years of grades person experience

• Proficient in laser and optical levels

• Strong understanding of trench safety practices

• Ability to read and interpret elevation drawings

• Valid driver’s license for vehicle operation
