This position requires you to have at least two years of experience in low voltage electrical systems, with a strong focus on troubleshooting, servicing, and installing fire alarm systems including Simplex Grinnell products. Effective communication with customers is vital to your success, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding of service calls. You will take part in on-call rotations and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and evaluate service calls for system malfunctions

• Install and maintain various fire safety systems

• Read blueprints and operational manuals for repairs

• Interact with customers to address and resolve issues

• Mentor and train junior service technicians

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in low voltage systems

• Skilled in interpreting blueprints and submittals

• Knowledgeable in test equipment and electronic devices

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
