Position: Construction Carpenter with Leadership Role

We require candidates with 2-3 years of experience in both residential and commercial carpentry. You'll actively manage the worksite, ensuring project specifications are met, materials are expertly joined, and safety standards are upheld. The role involves taking measurements and preparing layouts according to building codes, shaping materials, and guiding fellow workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare labor and material cost estimates

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings

• Measure, cut, and shape construction materials

• Coordinate work schedules on-site

• Supervise 3-4 workers effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience

• Must complete Working at Heights training

• Valid First Aid Certificate

• Proficient in using measuring tools

• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
