Join our dedicated team as a skilled carpenter with a competitive hourly rate of $37.00. This full-time position requires expertise in reading blueprints and installing fixtures.
As a permanent carpenter, you’ll engage in various hands-on tasks including measuring, cutting, and fitting materials. With 2-3 years of experience, you are expected to prepare cost estimates and successfully execute installations of windows and doors.
Your role will enhance project outcomes and promote a positive work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare estimates of labor and material costs
• Read blueprints to understand work requirements
• Measure, cut, shape, and join materials precisely
• Fit and install stairs, doors, and other hardware
• Evaluate costs and material needs effectively
Requirements:
• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate
• 2-3 years of carpentry experience required
• Work must be performed at the physical location
• Must be a permanent resident or hold a valid work permit
• Authorization to work in Canada is mandatory
