Job Overview

This role involves inspecting, servicing, and repairing a variety of fire suppression and extinguishing systems, including kitchen hood systems, Ansul A101/Check Fire, clean agent systems (Sapphire, Inergen, CO₂), and fire extinguishers. The incumbent must identify and document deficiencies, maintain equipment, communicate findings to customers, and represent the company professionally.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect, service, and repair a variety of fire suppression and extinguishing systems, including kitchen hood systems, Ansul A101/Check Fire, clean agent systems (Sapphire, Inergen, CO₂), and fire extinguishers.
  • Identify and document deficiencies and make recommendations per manufacturer standards.
  • Maintain equipment and complete required documentation.
  • Communicate findings and upgrades to customers.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications
  • Experience with suppression systems, ideally with Ansul A101/Check Fire and clean agent systems (Sapphire, Inergen, CO₂) and fire extinguishers.
  • Valid ASTTBC Suppression Stamp certification required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $29-40 (Hourly rate determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and market data).
