Qualifications
Secondary high school graduation certificate
2-3 years of experience in commercial truck repair
Responsibilities
Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems and truck‑trailer systems
Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
Review work orders
Test automotive systems and components
Perform scheduled maintenance service
Test and adjust units to specifications
Complete reports to record problems and work performed
Work conditions and physical capabilities
