Join a dedicated carpentry team as a skilled carpenter, engaging in full-time work that promotes craftsmanship and attention to detail while working in various Canadian locations.
This role involves interpreting blueprints, preparing layouts, and using tools to measure and shape materials, such as wood and lightweight steel. You will maintain standards in the construction of foundations, walls, and roof systems while ensuring the longevity of constructed spaces through renovations and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches
• Prepare layouts in accordance with codes
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and materials
• Erect walls and install structures such as doors
• Renovate and repair buildings and wooden installations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to less than 7 months of carpentry experience
• Authorization to work in Canada required
• Physical presence required on-site
• Proficiency in construction tools and techniques
