Position: Carpenter for Flexible New Builds and Renovations
GREAT MANN CONSTRUCTION LTD seeks a committed Carpenter to tackle new builds and renovations. This permanent, full-time position features a competitive hourly wage and flexible working conditions.

We invite applications from carpenters with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience. Your key responsibilities will encompass preparing layouts, constructing foundations, and fitting various structures in both residential and commercial settings. Successful candidates will demonstrate reliability and accuracy in their work habits to meet the demands of multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare precise layouts following building codes

• Measure, cut, and join different materials effectively

• Build foundational structures and install flooring systems

• Fit and install windows, stairs, and other fixtures

• Repair and renovate wooden structures across diverse locations

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate is required

• Minimum of 3 years carpentry experience

• Physically capable of demanding tasks

• Excellent judgment and reliable work ethic

• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime
