In this role, reporting to the Operations Manager, your expertise as a Millwright or similar technician will shine through. With over three years of hydraulic shop experience, you will focus on field service, diagnosing equipment issues, and mentoring junior staff. This position requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission hydraulic systems in the field

• Troubleshoot and test hydraulic components

• Serve as key client contact on site

• Mentor junior technicians in repair procedures

Requirements:

• Millwright background or equivalent experience

• 3+ years in a hydraulic technician role

• Strong understanding of hydraulic component repair

• Ability to read engineering schematics

• Experience with field installations and troubleshooting
