Welding Specialist

Position: Welding Specialist – Permanent Full-Time Role
Pursue a full-time career as a Welding Specialist with a starting pay of $38 per hour. This hands-on role requires equipment operation and skilled craftsmanship at the job site.

We are seeking a knowledgeable Welder with a secondary education and proven experience in welding practices. As a Welding Specialist, you will operate various machines including arc and gas welding equipment while interpreting blueprints and ensuring quality standards in your outputs. Minor repairs and maintenance of equipment will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate arc and flame-cutting machines

• Interpret welding drawings and specifications

• Inspect and ensure welds meet specifications

• Maintain metal shaping machines

• Fit and braze metal as needed

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate

• Minimum 3 years of welding experience

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Capability to lift materials up to 50 lbs

• Strong organizational skills
