Experienced Hydraulic Technician in BC

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and testing of hydraulic components such as pumps and motors.

Your role as a mentor for junior technicians will shape future talents in the hydraulics industry, ensuring efficiency and safety during operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission hydraulic systems in the field

• Inspect and troubleshoot various hydraulic components

• Act as the main client liaison during projects

• Mentor junior technicians to enhance skill levels

Requirements:

• Preferably a Millwright or equivalent experience

• At least 3 years in hydraulic system shops

• Competent in hydraulic component testing and repair

• Able to interpret engineering schematics

• Familiar with power unit fabrication and maintenance
