Equipment Service Technician

ONSITE

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain dental equipment while delivering responsive, professional customer service within your assigned territory.
• Manage service requests, provide repair updates, offer guidance on equipment care and upgrades, and coordinate vendor repairs when required.
• Support territory growth by prospecting new customers and promoting preventative maintenance agreements and related service solutions.
• Complete work orders, billing, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain flexibility to meet customer needs, including occasional evening or weekend work.

• Hands‑on, customer‑focused technician with strong interest in mechanics and electronics.
• Technical training and experience in a service or equipment environment.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and build trust with customers.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and technologically savvy with experience managing service records in computer systems.
• Physically capable of lifting, unpacking, and moving equipment up to 100 lbs, and adaptable to adjust schedule when needed.

This position reports to the Concord/Ottawa Branch and requires travel across Ontario.

Compensation:
The posted range for this position is $50,000–$60,000, which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to become fully proficient.
