Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair production equipment efficiently

• Troubleshoot issues with pneumatically and hydraulically driven machinery

• Collaborate within a small team to ensure production continuity

• Perform repairs ranging from minor to major

• Support a positive team environment through collaboration

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years hands-on mechanic or millwright experience

• Willingness to learn and adapt in the workplace

• Positive attitude and even temperament

• Ability to work flexible hours from 5am–7am

• Evaluate and address machinery needs in manufacturing
