RV Maintenance Technician – Rentals (Seasonal)

Location: Delta, BC
Compensation: $24–$25 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time | Seasonal

The RV Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring our rental fleet is safe, reliable, and customer‑ready. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of systems while gaining valuable experience in the RV industry.

What You’ll Do

• Perform pre-rental inspections to ensure RVs are customer‑ready
• Complete minor repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other RV systems
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes and basic servicing
• Review work orders and identify larger repair needs for further assessment
• Winterize and de‑winterize RVs
• Assist with fleet turnaround, transfers, and seasonal preparation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in RV repair, automotive maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, or general renovations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Comfortable driving vehicles up to 30 feet in length
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Available for rotating Saturdays and peak‑season overtime

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working on RVs, trailers, boats, or similar recreational vehicles
