As a vital member of Cana Dream’s service team, the RV Technician reports directly to the Service Manager. You will conduct comprehensive inspections, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and ensure optimal vehicle functionality. This role requires technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair RV mechanical and electrical faults

• Conduct thorough inspections and testing on vehicles

• Guide and mentor junior shop staff to ensure quality performance

• Complete warranty claims and assist guests with on-road concerns

• Maintain safety protocols within the work environment

Requirements:

• Professional RV Technician certification or equivalent experience

• Valid driver’s license and clean record

• Proficiency in various RV systems including electrical and plumbing

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
