This position is ideal for a skilled Carpenter with 2 to 3 years of practical experience. You'll read blueprints, prepare layouts per building codes, and supervise a small team effectively. Your duties will involve estimating costs and materials accurately for diverse projects across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed estimates for materials and labor
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Measure, cut, and shape materials to specifications
• Schedule and coordinate on-site work activities
• Lead a team of 3-4 workers
Requirements:
• Graduate from a 1-2 year carpentry program
• 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience
• Must have First Aid and working at heights certification
• Comfortable working in various outdoor settings
• Strong skills in supervision and coordination
