Join us as a Property Maintenance Specialist for a unique residential estate in Tsawwassen, BC. We're looking for a hands-on leader to manage the property's upkeep and improvements.
In this role, you'll perform carpentry, conduct repairs, and assist with landscaping to enhance the property. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining a safe and organized environment while utilizing your skills in construction and equipment operation. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute carpentry and general construction tasks
• Perform property maintenance and repairs
• Construct and repair fences, walls, and sheds
• Assist with landscaping and drainage projects
• Manage and operate tools and equipment safely
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong skills in carpentry and equipment use
• Ability to work independently with little oversight
• Valid Class 5 driver's license is a must
• Physically able to work in various weather conditions
