As an essential member of our service crew, you will take charge of diagnosing and repairing RVs while ensuring all vehicles meet quality standards. Directly reporting to the Service Manager, you will leverage advanced tools and natural problem-solving abilities to enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair a variety of RV mechanical issues
• Supervise shop workflow and support team coordination
• Conduct operational tests and road tests on vehicles
• Mentor shop helpers to maintain high-quality service
• Address warranty claims efficiently and assist customers on-site
Requirements:
• Journeyman RV Technician certification or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Strong knowledge of RV maintenance and repair processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adhere to safety regulations and protocols
