Field Service Specialist - CET

Step into a rewarding role as a Field Service Specialist with Critical Environment Technologies in Delta, BC. This full-time position is dedicated to customer-facing service, training, and support of advanced gas detection systems.

As part of CET’s dedicated team, you will travel throughout the lower mainland, providing installation, troubleshooting, and repair services. Your proactive approach will help maintain customer relations and contribute to product enhancements. You'll also generate precise service reports for continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service gas detection and indoor air quality solutions

• Calibrate and repair equipment to meet client standards

• Establish strong relationships with key customers

• Offer recommendations on new products and solutions

• Compile reports summarizing service interventions

Requirements:

• Experience with commercial electrical services

• Willingness to learn about gas detection technology

• Strong communication abilities, written and verbal

• Detail-oriented and capable of independent work

• Valid driver's license, clean driving history
