Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Perform services in facilities per contractual requirements.

• Service, clean and/or supply restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Clean building floors by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
• Shampoo carpets.
• Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning duties.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.
• Provide services while being aware of work environment, i.e., not interfering with personnel working in areas being serviced.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Tools and equipment within his or her possession.
• Using PPE when required.
• Timely, cost-effective performance of duties.
• Working closely and harmoniously with fellow workers.
