- Perform maintenance and repair work efficiently and in accordance with dealership and Ford OEM standards
- Accurately diagnose vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
- Provide clear labor and time estimates for recommended repairs
- Communicate technical findings clearly with Service Advisors and management
- Test‑drive vehicles and verify repairs to ensure safety and quality
- Execute warranty repairs to Ford manufacturer specifications
- Maintain accurate and thorough repair documentation (cause, correction, specifications)
- Promote a "fix it right the first time" mindset on every repair
- 3+ years of experience with advanced automotive diagnostics
- Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical, brakes, steering, suspension, and HVAC
- Quality‑driven, reliable, and team‑oriented
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have a favorable motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
- Authorized to work in the United States
