Special Services BelA Preschool Preschool Special Education Para
Two positions available full time for the school year at $17.19/hour depending on experience. Health insurance is available through the school district. Retirement benefits through PERA.
Minimum qualifications:
- Proven ability to work with special needs children
- General knowledge of school curriculum
- Ability to work under the supervision of special education teachers
- The position may have potential exposure to students with social/emotional behavior issues
- Required to meet highly qualified status (high school diploma/GED and associate degree or 48 hours of college credit or have passed the Work Keys test)
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling, walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, reaching, and lifting and supporting of students. (Contingent on student enrollment)
Must pass and pay for a fingerprint/background check. Must be willing to complete the Work Keys Test or have 48 hours of college credits.
