Role OverviewA Customer & Business Solutions Representative II works in all aspects of customer service including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. This role may also involve helping in the warehouse—from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, housekeeping, and supporting general branch needs.
What You’ll Do in this Role- Handle electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner
- Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs
- Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory
- Support the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve inquiries or concerns
- Prepare reports under manager's supervision
- Aid team members in administrative tasks
- 2+ years of experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training will be provided if needed)
- The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
- Mobility to move across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- You have strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
- You have good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- You're able to respond professionally to inquiries or complaints
- You read, write, and speak English fluently
- The base compensation for this position ranges from $19.38 to $25.85 per hour. Wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
