As a Full-Time Career Caregiver
, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one care while building meaningful relationships with the people you serve.
This position is offered through our Full-Time Career Caregiver Program
. Eligible caregivers may participate in our Minimum Paid Hours Program
, designed to provide greater income stability during temporary fluctuations in client scheduling, along with competitive pay, paid training, premium pay opportunities, and Company-sponsored benefits, subject to program eligibility requirements and Company policy.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
- Minimum Paid Hours Program for eligible Full-Time Career Caregivers
- Mileage & travel time reimbursement

- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Provide transportation and run errands when assigned
- Follow individualized care plans
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and sound judgment
- Professional caregiving experience preferred (CNA/HHA welcomed)
