Director of Rehab

Stellar Senior Living, a family-owned senior living company, is seeking a Director of Rehab to lead our rehabilitation services in a resident-first, team-oriented environment. In this on-site leadership role, you will oversee therapy operations, manage and mentor a multidisciplinary rehab team, and ensure high-quality, compliant care across independent living, assisted living, and memory care. You will develop individualized treatment plans, optimize functional outcomes, and collaborate closely with nursing, physicians, residents, and families.
