Responsibilities- Support the Director of Nursing by completing resident assessments and administering medications.
- Lead and manage caregivers, med techs, and other staff to meet resident needs.
- Perform clinical duties, including medication administration and resident care.
- Mentor and support nursing staff to promote a positive collaborative environment.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Must have a valid, unrestricted RN license in the state
- Maintain CEU requirements
- Computer skills
