RN, Nursing Home, RN Nurse

Valley Manor Care Center, part of Volunteers of America National Services, seeks a compassionate RN to provide skilled nursing care to senior residents in a faith-based, mission-driven community. The RN will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans, and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. This role collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team, communicates with families, maintains accurate documentation, and upholds infection control and safety standards.

The RN supports residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual well being while contributing to a respectful, team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to senior residents in a long-term care setting
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per provider orders
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and communicate with families
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement and resident-centered initiatives
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
