Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Medical Gas / Plumbing Project Manager to manage all aspects of medical gas projects from conception to completion.

Key responsibilities and qualifications are listed below.

Responsibilities

Oversee all stages of projects including planning, design, construction, and completion.

Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project goals are met.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Identify, assess, and manage potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.

Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to project plans.

Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.

Ensure quality of work and materials meet or exceed industry standards and project specifications.

Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management with focus on medical gas systems.

Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Proven experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.

Strong leadership and team management skills, able to oversee multiple teams and projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to negotiate and build relationships with stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
