Are you passionate about fitness, leadership, and creating an incredible member experience? We're looking for an energetic, results-driven Assistant General Manager to help lead one of the fastest-growing Crunch Fitness franchises.

What You'll Do- Help lead the daily operations of a high-volume fitness club.
- Coach and develop front desk team members.
- Drive membership sales and member engagement.
- Deliver an exceptional member experience every day.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility.
- Hire, onboard, and train new team members.
- Monitor club performance and key business metrics.
- Step into the General Manager role when needed.
- Build a positive, high-energy culture focused on accountability and results.
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
- 40 Hour work week availability (SAT-WED)
- Sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop others.
- High level of accountability and professionalism.
- Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as business needs require.
