Web Marketing Coordinator – Hybrid
• Orlando Metro / Volusia County, FL
To be considered, you must live in the Orlando metropolitan area and be able to commute to Volusia County (Deltona) as needed. Candidates outside this area will not be considered.
The RoleWe’re looking for a reliable, detail‑obsessed Marketing Coordinator to be the connective tissue of our Volusia County marketing operation. You keep client projects moving, communication flowing, and deadlines met.
This opportunity is available as part‑time, full‑time, or 1099 contract
, depending on experience, availability, and overall fit.
You won’t be doing everything yourself. We work with a network of staff, contractors, vendors, and partners to deliver for our clients. Your main job is to make sure all the pieces come together on time and on target, that tasks are tracked, and that nothing slips.
This is a coordination and operations role first, with hands‑on marketing work mixed in. It’s also a client‑facing role: you’ll be a day‑to‑day point of contact for select clients and the person coordinating deliverables across our partner network.
It’s a rare chance to learn fast. You’ll work directly alongside experienced agency operators on real client work, not theory in a classroom. If you want to build a serious career in marketing and operations, this role will fast‑track it.
What You’ll Actually Do – Coordination and Operations- Keep projects moving: own timelines, task lists, and follow‑ups so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Coordinate deliverables across contractors, vendors, and fulfillment partners to keep work on schedule.
- Act as the day‑to‑day contact for select clients: set expectations, gather approvals, and keep them informed.
- Help build and maintain internal workflows and automations across our project management and CRM tools.
- Support billing and invoicing: send invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Keep client files, SOPs, and internal documentation organized and current.
- Help present reports and strategy briefs to clients and prospects.
- Make occasional website updates and content changes in Word Press (we build on the Break dance page builder and will train you).
- Draft and schedule social content for select clients.
- Help set up and maintain email campaigns and nurture sequences.
- Support basic SEO and reporting: keyword research, simple on‑page updates, and pulling performance data.
- Handle simple graphics and branded templates (Canva is fine, Adobe is a bonus).
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and prospect research as we grow.
- Help monitor paid ad channels.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, agency work, project coordination, or a related role (not entry‑level, not a senior role).
- Genuinely organized: track tasks, hit deadlines, flag issues before they become problems.
- Strong communicator: comfortable on a client call and clear in writing.
- Self‑starter who can manage workload without micromanagement.
- Comfortable in Word Press and quick to pick up new tools.
- Already use AI tools as part of workflow, not just a spell checker.
- Happy wearing multiple hats on a small team.
- CRM and marketing automation platforms experience (we use High Level).
- Project management tools experience (we use Click Up).
- Email marketing platforms.
- Social scheduling tools and basic analytics like Google Analytics.
- Canva or light Adobe work.
- Basic SEO concepts.
- Paid position, compensation based on experience.
- Hybrid schedule with occasional in‑office work at our Deltona office.
- Hands‑on training across web, SEO, branding, and digital marketing, learning from experienced operators on real client work.
- A front‑row seat to how an agency actually runs, from client strategy to final delivery.
- Room to grow as we scale. This role expands with us.
- A values‑driven environment where we do honest work for good people.
- You need constant direction and can’t self‑manage your tasks.
- You only want to do strategy and aren’t willing to execute.
- You’re uncomfortable being client‑facing or communicating with outside partners.
- You think marketing means only posting on social media.
- You’re a senior marketer looking for a partner role. This is an entry/mid‑level support role.
