Absolute Health Professionals Inc. is seeking a professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Patient Supervisor to join our growing nurse registry team.
This role is responsible for overseeing quality patient care, conducting supervisory visits, supporting caregiver performance, and ensuring compliance with state and agency standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional home care services.
Position SummaryThe LPN Patient Supervisor will coordinate and monitor client care services while serving as a liaison between patients, caregivers, families, and office staff. This position plays a key role in maintaining patient satisfaction, caregiver accountability, and continuity of care.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Conduct routine patient supervisory visits and assessments
- Review and maintain accurate patient documentation
- Monitor caregiver performance and compliance standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Assist with care coordination and service updates
- Identify and report patient condition changes appropriately
- Support scheduling and staffing operations as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Active Florida LPN License in good standing
- Minimum of 3 year clinical or home care experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Valid driver’s license
- Clear Level II Background
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Home Health or Nurse Registry experience
- Knowledge of state compliance requirements
- EMR/documentation proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
